Dean d'Cruz
Architect Dean d’Cruz - a central figure in the struggle against corruption in Goa - gives a lecture on bottom-up participation. d'Cruz is the man behind an uprising that forced politicians to consult local inhabitants in the process of regional urban planning - for the first time ever in India. Following the lecture an open discussion with Dean d’Cruz and Henrietta Palmer, professor in architecture, will be held. Free admission.
